EPSD Technology Accessibility Statement
Estes Park Sanitation District (“EPSD”) is fully committed and continually working to adhere to current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards in our ongoing effort to provide an accessible website for all users. EPSD will regularly scan our website to monitor ongoing compliance and make timely changes to any inaccessible content as needed.

Feedback Mechanism Implementation
At a minimum, the feedback mechanism should request the following Dara from the submitter and send the user confirmation of submission (see Feedback Tracking and Reporting for additional information regarding expectations of communications):
- Point of contact name (optional)
- Point of contact email address (optional)
- Point of contact phone number (optional)
- URL of description of where the issue is located. Use this as an example of what the submitter can put but this should be optional.
- Since digital services may be more than just a URL, consider other prompts to best understand the location of the accessibility issue.
- A description of the problem encountered (required):
- Consider:
- Asking the submitter to include the preferred format in which they want to receive any materials (optional).
- Asking the submitter for the best method of contact such as email, phone, etc. (optional)
