Payments can be mailed to PO Box 722, Estes Park, CO 80517 or dropped off at 1201 GRAVES AVENUE.  We have a convenient payment drop box on site. A very popular payment method involves setting up an automatic payment through ACH. ACH payment is a simple and free method of paying your bill.  A copy of the ACH form is available on forms tab or you can fill in the information from the Home Page in the update ACH section.

Currently our wastewater rates fall within the average range when compared to wastewater districts in Colorado.  During our rate hearing, considerable attention was paid to upcoming wastewater treatment regulations and the them.  Moving forward, the District will consider these possible costs as we set rates.  A copy of our 2023 Rate Schedule is available here.
