Does EPSD require grease interceptors for restaurants
Yes, all businesses involved in food preparation are required to install an exterior fats, oil and grease interceptors. Navigate to "Things You Should Know" under the Notices tab for more information.
Where can I find permitting info?

What is the best way to pay my bill?
We are working on getting an online billing set up, and should have that system ready by the end of 2022, but in the meantime you can mail check to PO Box 722, Estes Park, CO 80517 or drop off a check at 1201 GRAVES AVENUE. Setting up an an automatic payment through ACH is a simple and free method of paying your bill. A copy of the ACH form is available on forms tab or you can fill in the information from the Home Page in the update ACH section.
How do waste water rates compare to the national average?
Currently our wastewater rates fall within the average range when compared to wastewater districts in Colorado. During our rate hearing, considerable attention was paid to upcoming wastewater treatment regulations and the them. Moving forward, the District will consider these possible costs as we set rates.
